Selection of Shape and Process
One-click switching between special-shaped and straight edge processing, with five styles handled by one machine. Five styles, including straight edge, beveled straight edge, beveled arc, duckbill arc, and full arc, can be freely switched (full bevel is not available).
Servo-controlled contour milling mechanism
Equipped with 2 sets of 7.5kW milling cutter motors and 4 sets of positive and negative edge contouring milling cutters with different profiles. 4 sets of servo motors control the blade height and advancing/retracting position to ensure modeling accuracy.
Pre-milling mechanism
For straight-edge pre-milling, you can choose from any of our profile servo-controlled form milling cutters. For pre-milling with both positive and negative cutting edges, the third and fourth edges will not collapse during sealing.
Preheating device
Preheat the plate to enhance the bonding effect between the plate and the edge band.
Edge banding with groove function
Equipped with servo motor linkage to adjust the height of the edge banding groove, and a counter to adjust the depth of the edge banding groove, it is intuitive and convenient.
Servo-controlled forming and lamination
Servo control, one-click switching between different shapes, multiple sets of baking lights and hot air guns for heating, ensuring sufficient softening of the edge band.
Straight-edge pressing
The dual-gluing and pressing mechanism is independently equipped with servo-controlled molding and pressing, as well as straight-edge gluing and pressing mechanisms, which are easy to adjust. It presses and seals the edge strips to ensure the pressing effect.
Front and rear flush mechanism

Demolding and cleaning mechanism
Apply glue on both the upper and lower surfaces of the isolation board to prevent the spilled glue from sticking to the board surface, making it easier to clean in subsequent processes; remove any residual glue to keep the board surface clean.
