Pre-milling unit
Dual 40mm milling cutters eliminate waviness, burrs, and uneven surfaces to deliver smooth edges for tight tape bonding.
Pre-heating unit
Pre-heat the panel edge to enhance tape bonding.
Upper melting unit
Quickly melt glue in as little as 15 minutes, allow fast applicator replacement (with a PUR connection port for flexible switching between EVA and PUR), and automatically pre-melt and feed glue pellets (5 kg storage capacity) for continuous glue supply.
Auto-positioning pressing unit
Automatically adjust the pressing position based on tape thickness, reducing impact on the panel while ensuring effective pressing.
End cutting unit
Two cutters slide along a precision linear guide rail to cut the tape at the front and rear ends of the panel, and an auto lubrication system ensures smooth operation and a longer service life of the unit.
Auto-positioning trimming unit
Equipped with an R1.5 cutter, a motor for intelligent horizontal and vertical positioning of the cutter based on tape thickness, and a disc-type hinge hole avoidance device for smooth processing of panels with hinge holes.
Servo corner rounding unit
It can process tape of different thicknesses, with easy operation and stable performance.
Auto-positioning scraping unit
It can pneumatically switch between R1 and R1.5 cutters, with motors for intelligent horizontal and vertical positioning of the cutters based on tape thickness, and a disc-type hinge hole avoidance device for smooth processing of panels with hinge holes.
Flexible flat scraping unit
Remove excess glue between the tape and panel.
Buffing unit
Cotton buffing wheels efficiently clean the top and bottom of the finished panel for a smooth and clean finish.
Release agent & cleaning units
Spray release agent to the panel’s top and bottom surfaces to prevent glue overflow from sticking, and spray cleaning agent to assist the buffing unit in clearing glue residue and debris.
