Special-shaped Modeling Options
Six designs can be achieved with one machine, with free switching between four designs: full arc, 1/4 arc, bevel straight edge, and duckbill arc, and quick adjustment of three 1/4 arc contours.
Servo-controlled contour milling mechanism
Equipped with 2 sets of 7.5kW milling cutter motors and 3 sets of positive and negative edge profile milling cutters with different contours. 4 sets of servo motors control the blade height and advancing and retracting positions to ensure modeling accuracy.
Preheating device
Preheat the plate to enhance the bonding effect between the plate and the edge band.
Edge banding with groove function
Equipped with servo motor linkage adjustment for the height of the edge banding slot, as well as a counter for adjusting the depth of the edge banding slot, it is intuitive and convenient.
Servo-controlled molding and lamination
Servo control, one-click switching between different designs, multiple sets of baking lights and hot air guns for heating, ensuring sufficient softening of the edge band.
Upper and lower pressure bonding
Additional pressing and bonding are applied to the edges of the circular arc shape to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the circular arc edges.
Fine-tuning Institution
Trim off the excess edge banding protruding from the upper and lower surfaces of the wood board, ensuring that the upper and lower edges of the edge banding align flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the wood board.
Front and rear flush mechanism
Through precise linear guide rail movement, the excess edge banding at the ends of the panel is cut off, ensuring a flat and smooth cutting surface. [Equipped with an automatic lubrication system] to ensure smooth operation of the trimming mechanism and improve the service life of the parts.

Lower scraping mechanism
It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the non-linear cutting process of trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and tidier.
Flexible flat scraping edge mechanism
After scraping the edges, it effectively cuts off the wire, removes excess glue lines, and improves the quality of edge sealing.
Polishing mechanism
Eliminate the edge burrs of the edge banding and the residual glue between the edge banding and the wood board, resulting in a cleaner and smoother edge of the wood board.
Demolding and cleaning mechanism
Apply glue to the upper and lower surfaces of the isolation board to prevent the spilled glue from sticking to the board surface, making it easier to clean in subsequent processes; remove residual glue to keep the board surface clean.
Automatic beam pressing and positioning
Quickly switch between processing plates of different thicknesses, reduce machine adjustment time, and improve efficiency.
