5-roller pressing unit
The unit is designed to reduce impact on the tape and panel and is independently driven to ensure consistent pressing. Pressure rollers are fitted with glue scrapers to clear glue residue for easier routine maintenance.
Maglev end cutting unit
Cut the tape at both ends of the panel at a high speed.
Rough trimming & auto-positioning fine trimming units
Trim excess tape from the top and bottom of the panel to keep the tape flush with the edge.
High-speed corner rounding unit
Four high-frequency motors ensure fast corner rounding of the tape at up to 26 m/min. The cutter moves in sync with the panel to prevent collision with it.
Dual auto-positioning scraping units
Remove trimming tool marks for a cleaner appearance, with position indicators for quick tool setting.
Flexible flat scraping unit
A self-adaptive flat scraping unit with a flexible contour follower closely tracking the edge contour for precise scraping.
Dual reciprocating buffing units
Reciprocating cotton buffing wheels remove residual glue and debris from the top and bottom surfaces of the finished panel to ensure they are smooth and clean.
Release agent & cleaning units
Spray release agent to the panel’s top and bottom surfaces to prevent glue overflow from sticking, and spray cleaning agent to assist the buffing unit in clearing residual glue and debris.
Electric grease pump
Automatically apply grease to the guide rail based on the machine's operating time without manual intervention.
Pressure beam positioning system
Automatically adjust the pressure beam height according to panel thickness, saving setup time for higher efficiency.
