7-roller pressing unit
The unit is designed to reduce impact on the tape and panel and is independently driven to ensure consistent pressing. Pressure rollers are fitted with glue scrapers to clear glue residue for easier routine maintenance.
Upper melting unit
It features quick glue dispensing, fast glue pot replacement, precise glue level monitoring, and automatic pre-melting and feeding of glue pellets (5kg storage capacity) for continuous glue supply and less manual refilling.
Auto-feed glue box
Store up to 12.5kg of glue pellets, enabling rapid pre‑melting and automatic feeding of glue pellets.
Horizontal end cutting unit
Quickly cut the tape at both ends of the panel.
Rough trimming unit + auto-positioning fine trimming unit
Trim excess tape from the top and bottom of the panel to keep the tape flush with the edge.
High-speed sliding corner rounding unit
Dual cutters switch automatically based on tape thickness, with high efficiency and stable performance.
Auto-positioning scraping unit
Remove tool marks left by non-linear trimming to ensure the panel surfaces are smooth and clean.
Flexible flat scraping unit
Remove leftover strip offcuts and glue lines to ensure optimal edge banding quality.
Dual reciprocating buffing units
Dual buffing units clean finished panels with reciprocating cotton buffing wheels, leaving the panel surfaces smooth and clean.
Servo side & vertical grooving unit
Freely switch between vertical and side grooving.
Release agent & cleaning units
Spray release agent to the panel’s top and bottom surfaces to prevent glue overflow from sticking, and spray cleaning agent to assist the buffing unit in clearing glue residue and debris.
Electric grease pump
Automatically apply grease to the guide rails based on the machine's operating time without manual intervention.
