Layout of drill set unit
Upper:26(V) + 16(H ), Lower:9(V). the upper and lower drill packages are processed in linkage, covering a wide area, optimizing the drilling and improving efficiency.
Layout of spindle
Upper part: 6kW high-power side milling motor, which has stronger power and higher efficiency for side grooving; the aggregate is assembled independently, which is convenient for tool installation, care and maintenance, and can be equipped with one-way aggregate or four-way aggregate;
Lower part: Double bottom spindle 3.5KW*2, which can be installed with grooving tools and straighter tools, satisfies higher equipment on grooving accuracy.
