This edge bander features pre-milling, dual-color PUR glue pot + upper melting unit, 5-roller pressing unit, maglev end cutting unit, rough trimming, auto-positioning fine trimming, high-speed corner rounding unit, dual auto-positioning scraping units, flexible flat scraping, and dual reciprocating buffing units.

Nesting model KN-2409LP standard equips with Cam software to achieve efficient cutting, features in quick replenishment function , effectively shortens production real-time labeled and improve the operation experience.
